During my accommodation at Manchester city on rentals last year, I subscribed to unsecured tenant loans twice. No doubt, it is a good choice for a person living on tenements, away from home.
Firstly, I took the tenant loan to purchase a television set, which was a necessary entertainment tool for me as for the first time in my life I happened to be away from home. There came no confusion in my mind on the selection of unsecured tenant loan, as I had earlier knowledge about this spectacular loan product in the UK loan market from my friends.
After six months, I procured one more tenant loan from the same lender with the inspiration I got from the first loan. I had already finished the dues of the first loan until then. My friends always felt perplexed how did I mange to repay the loan amount with the minimal salary I was getting. The second loan was to purchase a bike, which can ferry me to and from the office.
There was a difference between the procedures I adopted for those two unsecured tenant loans. The first I did approaching a lender directly and handing over all the documents at the lender’s office. The case in the second was just reverse to the former, where the lender itself stepped out to me with the loan.
I sent the application for the second time via Internet. I opened up the lender’s web portal and filled up a short form there. Within two hours, a consultant of the lender knocked at my doors. He was there with the casket of money to finance my bike dreams.
Both in the cases, they did not asked me for documents except the address proof and the income certificate. They wanted no collaterals to be placed to procure the loan. The procedure was so so simple and tense-free.
I advice you all tenants to opt for unsecured tenant loan, if you are in a financial crunch and need for some urgent money to buy a television, bike, etc.
